  • Contract of sale & holding deposit
  • Rental statements (investors)

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after conditional approval?
The lender will order a valuation and may ask for extra documents to verify income or liabilities. Once satisfied, they’ll issue unconditional approval and loan contracts.
How long does the whole process take?
Straightforward purchases typically take 1–3 weeks from submission to formal approval, and another 1–2 weeks to settlement (depending on contract dates and your conveyancer).
Can I speed things up?
Provide documents in full, respond quickly to requests, and keep your broker updated on any changes (employment, credit, new liabilities). We’ll handle the lender follow-ups for you.
